If the items are IN STOCK any orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY . *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS All packages are shipped via USPS First Class. First Class takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package you will have to pay $20.
return & exchange policy
We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the order being delivered. We do not ship replacements.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS THE ERROR WAS MADE ON OUT END.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED? All sales are final. If the product is damaged when IT IS received, please contact me immediately at @blessed email@example.com and no later than 2 business days after you have received the item. A refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
